This video starts off by introducing Rule Ten and then it proceeds to go through some additional elements to creating the form (thought-form and/or the form representing the new level of evolution) that have not yet been presented in the previous nine rules on Soul Magic. For starters these are: 1) Identification with the Absolute. 2) Awareness of the Divine Mind Blueprints. 3) The Role of Purpose and Desire. 4) Using the Three Laws of Synthetic Limitation; Vibratory Interplay; and Active Precipitation.
