In this video we begin the actual story of the Mahabharata, since we no longer need to establish the groundwork as we did before. After looking at the where and when of this story, we start the tale looking at the stories of King Shantanu, Ganga, Satyavati, and Devarata/Bhisma. We start with the exoteric version and end with the esoteric one. Enjoy.
This video continues our esoteric look at the Mahabharata by discussing the Ramayana, the story of Rama, who is the half-brother of the Maha (or Great) Bharata. From an esoteric perspective the class shows how Rama represents a new level of consciousness that is opposed to the old level of consciousness found in the character of Ravana. And, we discover how these two levels of consciousness are still battling each other in our modern times even now.
Class Two in our course on an esoteric look at the Mahabharata explores the book the Vishnu Purana that talks about the incarnations of Vishnu, that some say correspond to different stages of evolution here on our Earth. The course is presented by Dr. Lisa Love, founder of Wise Productions, Inc.
