Who Is Alice Bailey’s Tibetan – Photo Controversy

My original blog post on Who Is Alice Bailey’s Tibetan shared within it a photo that some believed to be Alice Bailey’s Tibetan and a drawing of that photo from a woman named Annie Gowland. Over the years many people have debated if that photo IS Alice Bailey’s Tibetan and not a “good likeness” of her Tibetan, as Alice Bailey claimed it was. New evidence seems to validate that it is only a likeness and not the Tibetan. The evidence sent to me along these lines came in a series of forwarded Emails that have been re-posted in this blog post. As for the debate about who Alice said her Tibetan was, please visit the original Who Is Alice Bailey’s Tibetan? post.

THE EMAIL INFORMATION SENT TO ME… A dialogue between Gvido Trepsa, Director of the Nicholas Roerich museum and a fellow disciple whose name has not been included in this public post. These emails were published in this blog post by permission.

The Chakras & Preparing for Initiation – Rule Eight – Meditation Only

This meditation gives you time to reflect on the chakras, especially the “greater seven” (or seven head center chakras), and the “lesser seven” or main chakras in the body and how they interact. The meditation also allows you to examine how well you are doing on making the transfer from the sacral to the throat center in connection with creativity. The sacral to throat transfer is part of taking what is known as the “first initiation” or first “enlightenment” experience.

The Chakras & Preparing for Initiation – Rules for Spiritual Growth – Rule Eight

This video looks at the role of the chakras in initiation including the seven “lesser” centers that most people know about and the “Greater seven” chakras (in the head) that people are not as familiar with. The video goes on to show what these “Greater seven” may be and their role in what Bailey calls the “First Initiation” (expansion of consciousness and enlightenment experience), as well as initiations beyond that.
