I really love this book.This is a workbook. This is a college course. People want to understand not just spiritual teaching but also how to live life as a human being. Actually it seems simple but very difficult to do.Very real. No fancy talk here. Dr. Lisa Love understands human life and she actualizes it. Thank you Dr. Lisa. Always.
